STUDIO POLICY
Please note that advance booking is required for all sessions.

Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend due to a valid reason.
​
In the studio, please be polite and considerate towards others. Safety is always our top priority, however, Mouschi Studio will not be responsible in case of any accidents.
​
Mouschi Studio may take pictures or videos during the session for publicity and promotional purposes.
​
Mouschi Studio will not use the participant's or parent's personal details for any purpose other than the normal administration of the business.

Children's Arts & Craft classes will not be scheduled on public holidays but will take place the week after.
​
Please be on time as we are not responsible for Children's Arts & Craft students before and after class. For safety reasons, students attending the class will not be dismissed to anyone other than the parents or guardians.
​
Mouschi Studio reserves the right to change or substitute teachers, and to combine classes. In the case of classes cancelled by us, a replacement lesson will be scheduled.
​
Participants will not be entitled to attend classes or workshops unless full payment has been received.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations without notice. A replacement class will be arranged if a Medical Certificate is provided.
​We reserve the right to extend, delete or amend any of the above policies.
